Klayar’s Beach; The Exotic Beach in the East Java

Klayar’s Beach is one of the beaches in Pacitan city; it’s located on Donorojo Subditrict. This beach have white sands that extends along to the beach. The sand is very smooth. We can see the other interest thing from this beach, on the east we can see coral rock that soared high like coconut tree. In the back of coral, we can see extends of coral that be attacked by Indian Ocean wave. In this place we can also see water poured out of the hole from coral. This is because the pressure from wave.

Besides that there are natural water poured from coral that can outpoured high water until 10 meters, this poured was believed from native that can be used as medicine for staying young. The type of this beach is not from swimming, just for enjoy with the scenery. The best time for visiting this beach is on the wet season, because we can see the circle sun has been down on the sea.

The street to reach this beach is little difficult, we can start from Yogyakarta or Solo. From Yogyakarta is more near, the distance between Yogyakarta and Pacitan is around 110 km, or around 3-4 hours. We can take the route from Wonosari Street. In this beach there have not public transportation and hotel.  This place is the most interesting beach in Pacitan.
